It all starts with an enquiry, where you share the details of your event and what you envision. From there, we schedule an initial consultation to learn more about your ideas, preferences, and overall goals.
Following our consultation, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of services, recommendations, and a clear plan tailored to your event. Once you are ready to move forward, we formalize the process with a signed agreement and retainer, allowing us to begin planning your event with intention and care.
From that point onward, we guide you through every step of the planning process, ensuring that each detail is thoughtfully considered and professionally managed, so your event comes together seamlessly.
Meet Leigh
Leigh Manning is the founder of Events by Leigh, bringing over a decade of experience in event planning and design.
She began her career in Trinidad in 2009 before establishing Events by Leigh in Barbados in 2016, where she has continued to create thoughtfully designed and well-executed events. Her approach combines creativity with structure, ensuring that each event is not only visually refined but also seamlessly managed.

Leigh is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, a certified wedding planner through the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada (WPIC), and a Preston Bailey Protégé. These experiences have shaped her ability to deliver events with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail.
